Harry Blutstein Ph.D. Environmental Business Strategies
Dr. Blutstein has had 25 years experience in environmental management, including policy development, implementation of cleaner production technologies, environmental assessment, statutory controls, monitoring, enforcement, and emergency response. His recent work includes being part of senior management at EPA Victoria, where he created community and industry liaison programs to effect improved environmental outcomes and he developed innovative environmental protection and cleaner production programs in partnership with industry. A specialist in waste strategies, Harry has developed a national policies for resource recovery and recycling, ozone depleting substances, and state policies on environment protection policies for landfills, noise, and regulations on control of tribuyl tin anti-fouling paints. He has three years experience as a Board member of The Natural Step Environmental Institute of Australia and The Natural Step International, and five years experience as Director of Envirolinx, a knowledge network promoting understanding of sustainability issues.
