Marie Frohlich Community Development
Marie Frohlich has over fifteen years of experience working with diverse communities of businesses, organizations, and educators. She has worked with teams on the local, state and national level to support cross-disciplinary communication and collaboration. Since 1990, Marie has served as an operations manager with an environmental advocacy organization, a regional team leader for a 90 family head-start program, a curriculum coordinator with a national education council, and most recently, launched her own firm, Taproot Consulting, which works with schools, businesses and organizations to implement community agendas. Work as a consultant has focused on developing tools for nutrition awareness, research projects for agricultural concerns, launching a teen center, managing a community newspaper, and coordinating forums, conferences, and events. Taproot's underlying mission is to help bridge the gap between resources and need within isolated rural communities in areas of health, workforce preparation, and agricultural stewardship.
