Jeff Staudinger Sustainable Economic Development

Jeff brings over 20 years of project and organizational development, management, and economic development experience to GCI. He has worked with municipalities to revitalize their downtowns, created incubator projects to attract and grow new business, and helped regions meet the requirements to attract federal economic development funds. He has facilitated a variety of NGO strategic planning processes, as has facilitated reorganizations and mergers. He has structured unique public- private partnerships incorporating cross sectoral financing. He has written and managed millions of dollars in grants and contracts to implement economic development projects. In addition, he is knowledgeable about housing issues, business planning, agricultural development, and job creation. Jeff is recognized for his humor, passion, responsive listening and his ability to bring about concrete outcomes.
