Susan is the Academic Dean of Goddard College, and she consults with schools, colleges and organizations in the areas of curriculum, program development, diversity and leadership training. Susan served as school superintendent and high school principal in Provincetown, Massachusetts as well as worked in the Boston, MA and San Jose, CA public schools as a math teacher, guidance counselor and curriculum director.
